You may not have the budget to have the 1:1 contact with the coach. This program not only provides monthly accountability, it provides you with a group session to learn from others in the same situation as yourself. Who knows, you may connect with a professional colleague.

As your Strategic Succession Expert, we join your team by providing all of the support and implementation of creating that succession plan that works best for your organization. We guide you in determining who/how you will appoint the interim CEO and/or work with your current CEO as they transition out. Each plan is individually create to fit your needs. This is a 3-6 month committment.
